I'm guessing this is Sonic's Headquarters. Nice that there are steps up to the enterance. Is that to prevent the Car Hops from staging a revolutionary attack? heehee

@alburnkat - yep. Except I'd build a ramp for the car hops and give them all bats and knives. :D
